Southeast Bend has some of the best remaining acreages and small ranchettes available anywhere in Central Oregon. Many of the neighborhoods in this area offer large 1-2.5 acre lots with privacy and a country feel. Much of the southeast region property comes with irrigation rights as well. Cattle, sheep, horses, and llamas are familiar sites throughout the area. There are also traditional neighborhoods here with smaller lots for those not interested in caring for acreage. Mountain views and mature ponderosa pines make this part of Bend a must see.
