WHAT: 15th Annual Collage of Culture Presented by Yarrow The two-day festival is a celebration of diversity for the Jefferson County communities and beyond. Festivities include hot air balloon rides, dance performances, regional foods, music acts, children’s activities, Teen Center, Fine Arts and crafts and a headline performance by “Little River Band.”
