Sun Meadow is one of the best family neighborhoods located in southeast Bend. The reasons for this are immediately apparent as you drive in through the front entrance to the neighborhood. There are two parks (one is larger than the other and offers playground equipment for children while the other is smaller but includes a swimming pool and covered pavilion). Also, the neighborhood sits right next to Jewel Elementary School. This means not only walking distance to school for the kids, but no new neighborhoods crowding in on the south side of Sun Meadow. The streets are quiet and there is no through traffic to major thoroughfares. Strict CCR's will ensure future value in the nice neighborhood that received the Best Front Facade award at the 2005 COBA tour of Homes.
