Riverfront Lots - Downtown Bend
The Riverfront Neighborhood is located along the Deschutes River south of Drake Park and North of The Old Mill District. The neighborhood extends approximately from Riverfront Street east to NW Wall Street. This neighborhood is characterized by older mill-workers cottages, some of which are on riverfront lots. Newer homes are being built among the older homes in this desirable area. On the bluff above the river, the homes become larger and include some of Bend's original craftsman homes. Mature trees, river access, and walking distance to Downtown and The Old Mill District characterize this unique Bend Neighborhood.
