Beautifull Homes on Mature Lots

Built in the 1970's and 1980's this neighborhood was the first to appear along the Cascade Lakes Highway on the southwest side of Bend. Because it is perched on a ridge most of the homes here have spectacular views of the Cascade Mountains ranging from Mt. Bachelor to Mt. Jefferson. Most of these lots are large ranging in size from 1/3 acre to 3/4 acre in size. This offers a sense of privacy that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in Bend, as infilling and smaller lot sizes become the standard. Home styles are very diverse and no two are alike. Mostly these are higher end homes with larger square foot layouts and even a few with tennis courts and pools. Finding a home for sale in this neighborhood can be a challenge as many people who buy here plan on staying ling term. However, some of the older homes that need a little remodel work do come up on the market once in a while.
