Craftsman Homes Perfect for Families

Sagewood is one of the neighborhoods in Bend that is very close to the Deschutes National Forest, Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, and the Cascade Lakes Recreational Area. It is literally minutes to these destinations and still only minutes from downtown Bend. The neighborhood is not large and has a very friendly feel to it. Home construction here is craftsman style with generous use of large rough timber beam entries and fronts. The homes tend to be average in size (around 1700 – 2500 square feet) and are perfect for families. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Summit High School and the Bend Athletic Club. Some of the homes in the center of the neighborhood have alley access to the garages, which affords more privacy and safety.
