Mountain Views at North Rim
North Rim is a 200 acre development on the north side of Awbrey Butte on a section of the Deschutes River canyon. 122 one acre and larger homesites feature panoramic views of the Cascades, Black Butte, Mount Jefferson, Mount Hood, Smith Rock, and the Central Oregon Plateau.
The development is bordered on the east by 27 acres of open space on the Deschutes river. Several acres of land within North Rim are set aside as open space. Visible landscaping will be limited to native plants and trees ensuring that the natural environment of the area is preserved.
