Woodside Ranch

This neighborhood is the perfect example of a southeast Bend small acreage neighborhood. Woodside Ranch is an older neighborhood built in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. Average lot size is 1.5-5 acres each and over the years most owners have spent time developing the land with fencing, landscaping, and irrigation. The result is a mature neighborhood with a unique look from property to property. Animals are allowed and there is plenty of elbow room. These properties don’t have views of the mountains, but do have easterly views of the countryside. This is a coveted area and listings typically don’t last long here. Lost Tracks golf course and Bend Golf Club are less than 1 mile away.
