Southeast Bend Acreages

A Large Ranch Property

Southeast Bend offers some of the best opportunities for small and large acreages that are still within relatively short distance to all of the amenities of Bend and the local recreation. Much of this land is untouched by developers and has maintained its country feel. Property sizes range from 2.5-acre ranchettes to 80-acre cattle ranches and working farms. Much of the land in this region comes with irrigation rights and result is a lush beautiful countryside. There are thousands of acres of Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management land is very near by for horseback riding and ATV exploration. Despite the rural feel, there are several high quality golf courses near by and downtown Bend is only 15-20 minutes away. Due to the slightly higher topography of this region there are often multiple mountain views from these wide-open properties.
