Blue Ridge is a small neighborhood in the southeast area of Bend. Built in 2004-2006, this cozy neighborhood offers close proximity to two of Bend’s best golf courses; Lost Tracks Golf Course and the Bend Golf Club. It is surrounded by a large neighborhood that is featured by larger lots. This helps make Blue Ridge feel less cramped than other neighborhoods with similar smaller lot sizes. The quality craftsmanship and great looking fronts on these homes more than makes up for any lack in lot size. Being only 15 minutes from both downtown Bend and Sunriver also offers more entertainment and recreation options than neighborhoods in the northern part of the city.
