Homes in Phase 3 of Development

Recently completed in December 2006, Palmer Homes again shows their ability to create community feel in traditional craftsman style. This neighborhood offers floor plans ranging in size from around 1000 square feet to 2400 square feet. It is located less than 1 mile to the hospital and 2 miles to Costco. Lots are small at 4000-5000 square feet, but nicely landscaped. The new homes are already sold out but many of the first and second phases are now back up for resale.
