Gardenside homes

Gardenside is small community of single- family homes and townhouses built by Palmer Homes starting in 2005. Palmer Homes is a local development company with a reputation of building quality homes. They designed their homes in Gardenside to be energy and water efficient, including outdoor sprinkler systems that adjust their watering schedule based on the weather. The homes and townhomes surround a small community park with a playground for the children, and there are views of the mountains from many places in the neighborhood. Gardenside is located along 27th Street just north of Reed Market. The home prices seem to range from the mid-200s to the upper 300s for a single family house, and a little less for the townhomes.
