Providence

Providence is a large neighborhood built in the 1990s that is located off of Neff Road east of 27th Street. Like many places on the eastside, there are some good views of the Cascade Mountains from this neighborhood. The homes and yards are all well established with plenty of trees and bushes giving Providence a welcoming appeal. There is a community park in Providence with a playground, lots of grass for a game of ball, and excellent views of Pilot Butte along with the mountains. If you are looking for an established neighborhood on the eastside, Providence is a good place to check out.
