Stonegate

Stonegate is a new development of houses and townhomes built by Pahlisch Homes. The development is located at the south end of town at the intersection of China Hat Road and Parrell Road. Several golf courses are very close by including Lost Tracks Golf Club and the Bend Golf & Country Club.

Pahlisch Homes is advertising Stonegate as a premier community with many luxurious upgrades. The Stonegate community has open spaces and a trail system incorporated into the neighborhood along with a private swimming pool, hot tub and pool pavilion.

The current prices for the townhomes in Stonegate appear to start around 300k and go up into the 600s for a large single family house.
