Home in Iron Horse

Iron Horse is going to be a new mixed-use community located in Prineville adjacent to Barnes Butte. Along with the residential neighborhoods, the community will include 250 acres of parks and green space, 8 miles of multi-use paths connecting the areas of the community and providing access to the public land on top of Barnes Butte, a new primary and middle school located in the neighborhood center, a fire station, and 30 acres for local businesses including shops, cafés and other neighborhood amenities. This community is being developed by Brookes Resources who are the same people who created the very popular community of Northwest Crossing in Bend. With using the same concept they used in Northwest Crossing, there is little doubt that Iron Horse will become one of the premier communities in Prineville. Prices are currently starting in the low $200s.
