Suntree Village

A Remodel in Suntree Village

Suntree is an older neighborhood built in the early 1980’s. Originally the development occurred before this area was inside city limits and so the owners here enjoy the benefit of larger lots. Most lots are right around ½ acre. These were mostly track homes originally and you will find a mix of ranch style and contemporary two storey homes. They are all on septic systems but city sewer is nearby and may come through in the next few years. All other utilities are available. Despite the age of the neighborhood owners have done an excellent job of maintaining the properties and pride of ownership is seen throughout. Many homes have been updated and even large additions have been added. Its close location to the hospital, Costco, and dinning make these ½ acre lots rare and very desirable. Access to desert activities such as ATVing, hiking, boating, and fishing is quick and easy. For example, there are literally no stoplights between Suntree and Prineville Reservoir.
