High End Quality Homes

River Canyon Estates is a D.R. Horton Neighborhood located only 5 minutes south of the Old Mill District and Downtown. D.R. Horton, America’s Builder, is an experienced company with a reputation for building quality homes with an amenities package that is better than most other homes in the same price range. However, what makes this neighborhood special is the ‘resort feel’ that comes with having it’s own clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. Use of the facilities is included in ownership of course.
