Quail Pines Estates

Quail Pines is a popular neighborhood that was built from around 2001 to 2006. The homes here range in size from about 1400 square feet up to 2400 square feet. The homes in the neighborhood are painted various shades of brown and tan and most have some of the original pine trees that were growing in this area before being developed. This gives the area a nice near the woods type of feel. The neighborhood borders Pine Ridge Elementary School, so it is a short, safe walk for elementary age children to get to school. There is also nearby access to trails that take you down the ridge to the river and walking and jogging trails below.
