The Parks

The Parks is a planned community of 209 single-family homes. There is a neighborhood recreation center with a swimming pool and a great poolside cabana, a basketball court, and two beautiful parks with gazebos. There is a Home Owners Association that keeps all the green areas and recreation center well maintained and snow cleared in the winter. Although this is not specifically a golf community, Broken Top resort is right next door, and the Tethrow golf resort is being built right behind The Parks. The Parks is also conveniently located along Mount Washington Drive right next to the Skyliner Sports Complex and Cascade Middle School.
